Students are recommended to read The Cathedral and the Bazaar by Eric Raymond. This book can also be purchased in print form .

Students are reminded that an in-class written test will be held between 15:00 and 17:00 covering open source development methodologies, community norms and licenses. This test is open book but computers can not be used.
